While it pains us to see our customers go away, we don’t enforce any lock-ins and restrictions.

Therefore, before deciding the roll back your transaction or terminate the relationship, please spare a minute to think how we can do better. As with any purchase, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course or subscribe to any of our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Refund policy.

1. Cancellation & Refunds

 

1.1 Self-Paced Learning

Raise refund request within 7 days of your purchase. Guarantee is void if you have

  • Accessed more than 25% content
  • Downloaded any of the course resources
  • Raised the request after 7 days

1.2 Instructor led Learning

Raise refund request within 7 days of your purchase. Guarantee is void if you have

1.3 GEM Subscription

Raise refund request within 7 days of your purchase. Guarantee is void if you have

1.4 Course Hosting

You are given a 7 day cool of period. Cancel your subscription before 7 days and you will be eligible to receive 80% of the invoice amount.

 

1.5 Mentor Services

Cancel your services within 7 days or before receiving any deliverable from us. You will receive 80% of the invoice amount.

 

1.6 Corporate training

As per the mutual terms agreed in the contract 

1.7 Offline training events

We reserve the right to postpone / cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, pandemic, political instability, etc)

  • In case Skillculture ™ cancels an event and the participants don’t wish to reschedule, 100% of course fees will be refunded
  • If a cancellation is done by the participants before 10 working days to the event, 10% of the total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the delegate.
  • If a cancellation is done within 10 business days (or less) of the event, no refunds will be given
  • No refunds for no show

1.8 Freelance fee paid by clients

As per the mutual terms agreed in the contract

To apply for a refund, write to us with your invoice reference number. We highly appreciate the reasons for your decision. Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date you request.
